Dialfix is a small and simple Python program that produces DTMF dialtones. It can be used to dial telephone numbers without touching the phone's keypad. Dialfix has a Qt user interface (see screenshot below), but it can also be used from the command line.
Dialling a number is as easy as holding the receiver close to your computer's speakers and press the Dial
button.
If at first it doesn't work, you might need to increase the volume of your speakers.
Also make sure that the phone is off-hook and you have a dialtone.
